My feet and my hands get like that, anytime the temps are below 50 I am cold feet and hands, drives my spouse nuts (and somewhat entertains me). For the feet I usaally have a thick pair of footies around the house.

I don't know if it's woman thing or not but my husband is always saying I married him because he doesn't mind warming up my hands and feet. My feet were never cold when we had a basement. Now that we're over a crawl space the floor is always cold and so are my feet.

Are you wearing a hat?

You lose a lot of heat through your head and when your body gets cold, it reduces circulation to the extremities to protect the core. Fingers and toes are the first to feel this. Wear a hat.

Also, warm socks and dry boots.
