Beach camping

Has anyone here been beach camping before? It sounds to me as if it would be a lot of fun to try it out. I know it's super cold right now, but maybe when it gets warmer?

I went beach camping last winter, it was super fun! We made a fire on the sand and just sat and listened to the waves all night. It got windy, really windy, and there was little sleep. We woke up got the fire going again and watched the sunrise.

Oh, and that night ... I jumped naked into the ocean. Wow, was that cold. But bearable, and the fire quickly warmed me up.

i go beach camping all the time.. go hiking till i find a nice secluded spot- set up camp start fishing i'm happy but i live in hawaii so...
