Default Camp grounds with wireless access

I know when you go camping you are supposed to get away from it all. Still I really want to go camping but there is some work I need to get done. I either do not go camping at all or set a few hours a side for work. That means I need electricity and a wireless connection for my laptop. I would love to know what campgrounds do or do not have wireless connection. If you know of one please share it.

A ton of campgrounds in southern california have wi-fi... actually most of the ones that offer hookups offer wi-fi. I can totally see your point about needed to do a little work to be able to go camping. What state are you in? Perhaps you could find an alternate if there is a campground you really like you could see how close the nearest location is that offers wi-fi like a library, starbucks or other place like that.

Check with the local parks and ask if they have those services. Their websites will probably tell you.

I go camping to get away from the electronic age, why would I take a computer with me or worry about a wi-fi connection. I go to get away from the every day rather than drag it all with me. It's not relaxing to go camping and still be wired. I am not sure we have any wi-fi campgrounds here.

Lots of places offer hook up and wi-fi. If you really want to though you can always get a pay as you go wireless card from your cell service provider. I have one on a contract, but you wouldn't need it that much would you?
