Absolutely. I love, love, love the snow, but it does come with the trade off that camping is out for a while. Both are fun, though.

I say if you are itching to go then GO. I am thinking about going Saturday and Sunday backpacking on the Knobstone. Have two friends that are skiing this weekend and rather than pay for a hotel are camping on DNR land across from the Ski Resort.
