Default Mosquitoes

Even with the weather as cold as it is and as bad as it has been off and on, there are still mosquitoes out! I figured they would all be dead by now.

Insects are very good in adapting to nature. Have you noticed that the insecticides are becoming stronger because these insects are adapting to the chemicals? If you are camping, the best method to repel them is the smoke from the camp fire.

Oh yea insecticides will be more fatal to humans than the near microscopic bugs soon lol. We have a creek next to our house, well it runs through our yard actually. So they have always been an issue for us.

Whenever we go camping as a family or with a group of friends, I'm usually the one who is mosquito bait. That's why I stay near the campfire at night and close to the smoke. I hate mosquitoes!

Have you tried Avon's skin so soft bath oil to repel mosquitoes? It actually does work. It's better than those cans of repellent because it smells better and it's actually isn't bad for your skin. Get a small bottle from your Avon rep and at least try it.

Its too cold for them here right now but I did see one just a couple of weeks ago. It surprised me, but then its been a weird winter this year.

Remember that Tabasco sauce commercial that came out a few years ago? A guy is eating pizza, applies Tabasco sauce and takes a bite. A mosquito bites him and flies off then it explodes into a ball of fire because of the Tabasco sauce. I wish it worked that way in real life.

Other than soaking your clothes in something with 95% deet or more I would have to agree that Avon's Skin-So-Soft is great at repelling mosquitoes.
