Trek or Cannondale

Not an often rider, mostly road with some dirt once in a while. Which would you get and why?

I'm having barely any problems with my cannondale. The Specialized has had more problems, but it also has twice as many miles on it. Never had a trek. But if I was to buy another bike it would be Cannondale.

Both are fantastic bikes. If I were you, I would find the closest Trek/Canondale dealer and talk to them about it.

I have a Trek ... love it. Gonna get another one if this one ever wears down.

But like Jason said, he's got a Cannondale and loves his.

When you're talking about both bikes being of that high a quality, they're both going to treat you well.

It's like choosing a truck. Ford guys like Fords, Chevy guys like Chevys. Both are good trucks.

Well I did recently find something out. Cannondale will start selling low end bikes to places like wal-mart and target. Now, nothing against bikes at these places, but if you are really going to ride, I would not buy one. If you wanted something to go around the block, I am sure they would work. Anything harder, or if you are a big guy like me, I would not get one.
