Default Headlamps for night fishing

I want to have a go at night fishing and could do with some advice about headlamps - models, battery life, quality of light etc. Does anybody have any recommendations ?

Princeton Tec has one of the brightest head lamps on the market. There are many other makes out there too like Petzl brands.

I have a question regarding night fishing, it still has something to do with head lamps. I know that a fish is attracted by light so headlamps are great for night fishing as it attracts the fish. How about on a night where the moon is full, can we still go fishing at that time?

Of course! The fish come up to look at the moon. There's a degree of lunacy to all living things. We all come out to stare at that big bright ball in the sky.

Refrigerator - thanks for those links. I'm liking the look of the Apex Pro and will read a few more reviews.

Dinosaur, I never knew about fish and their full moon lunacy. I love facts like that. I shall have to plan a trip at a full moon just to go mad with them !
