    I used to go on some pretty good biking excursions by myself for around 5 miles. I loved it and by going around state park trails I had such peace of mind and didn't have to compete with people.

    Easy Campfire Chicken Recipe

    So here's a great recipe called Campfire Chicken. Apparently Cracker Barrel came up with this one a while back but it's not hard to make at all. If you cook it outside on a grill, oh my, you will be delighted! Happy Christmas time!

    Well, as I have written previously here, one of my favorite places is Big Sur, California. This year has been one of the driest on record for California, and it's really showing in the forests out there! :(

    How old is your tent? My tent is around 5 years old and my buddy keeps busting on me for it. I'm like, "What do you want me to do? Buy a new tent ever year?" Besides this one works fine.

    I miss mountain biking

    I used to go mountain biking a lot when I was younger because I hated riding on the roads. I want to get back into it again so I can smell the fresh air, get great exercise, and just feel good about life in general. What do you like about mountain biking?
