I am pretty sure this is the dumbest thing I have read lately and I tend to read all sorts of interesting weird things online. Are they just made that people are making money from the photos?

It is about control. History shows governments become more oppressive and controlling over time and will use any crisis, whether real or hyped, to take liberties away from the people and consolidate their power and control.

Well, by the time I saw this the article had been updated to say that the Forestry service was backing off of the fines. Reading through the updated article though I am not so sure about that. This country has gotten very heavy handed about having regulations and fines for absolutely everything!
