Camping Stove - Suggestions?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a camping pellet stove solution for an upcoming trip. I'm looking for a propane powered stove and something that is compact (not backpacking compact). I first was interested in the Coleman Fold n Go:
But found reviews saying that if there is any kind of wind blowing it doesn't work well.
Does anyone have any suggestions on camping stoves?

Pellet stove or propane stove?

There are numerous stoves in the marketplace, and it would be helpful if I knew exactly the kind of application or environment you are using the stove. The choices are many.

I use different different stoves for different situations. I have stoves for canoeing, backpacking, basecamp, and such. The less travel I do the more exotic my equipment becomes.

You might want to check out Amazon - they have a huge selection of various kinds of camp stoves for just about every situation.
