Good Morning with Great Company

Took a float and fishing trip with my nephew while he was home on leave. Overcast morning with slight chance of rain. Our put in spot

cool and little hazy couldn't ask for better

Something chomped on this smallies tail

The rivers not very deep in most places and the banks are lined with trees and underbrush

The fish love to sit in the shoals

Caught a few and all were released unharmed except maybe a pierced lip

The end of a great morning with my nephew

Used to spend a lot of time with my nephews but they now hunt and fish with their own kids and grandkids. My pards now are the grandkids and the greats.

Thank you. I just drove him to the airport. He has to report back to base in Utah tonight. He's a good kid.
