Selling Sharpening Rigs - Europe To US?

Recently a friend from Europe asked me how he can sell some home made sharpening rigs here in the States. The biggest problems is that he can't open a PayPal account and he has no idea how people will pay him. Wire transfer is out of the question because no one wants to pay those huge transfer fees. Any ideas. BTW, he makes awesome leather strops, as I've been told, for sharpening knives and tools.

I believe he checked those options out and PP is a must in order to sell stuff on eBay. I told him to find a reliable person in the States to ship a quantity of sharpeners to and who can then sell the items for him. But that person would still have to send him the money via wire transfer or money order.

OK, to answer all of the questions:
His country is not in the supported PP list of countries.
Still no link or web site, whether this product will see a light of day - it all depends on the distribution. There are only prototypes.
