When camping or back yard cooking BBQing or just cooking dinner the Boston Butte roast is one of the most economical things ya can get. our butcher will cut the roasts up any way we ask for free and often the twin packs are on sale for less than $1 a lb.We like having them sliced into pork steaks and they are amazing. We cooked supper had breakfast left over and did it all for less than $3 for both of us here is how.

I really like a sirloin butt roast off a buffalo.

I am sure that, s good too but aint no buffalo around here and if ya find it in a store its horribly expensive and I am sure not near the quality you get.
