Enough about cabbage how about Brussels

Well we have been fiesting on all things cabbagy all winter. The neighbor showed up with a bag of Brussels sprouts shoots I didn't know we could grow them down here. Who says an ole dog cant learn??

Them sprouts are real easy to grow. If they get up well above the weeds, you don't even have to weed the garden if they get enough sun and water. They produce prodigiously and they are right tasty. Up Nawth we call them Gasballs due to their tendency to produce gaseous emissions from your nether regions. But they sure are tasty when cooked in butter with a goodly amount of garlic. Of course, a little Cajun hot sauce sprinkled on after serving makes them even better.
