While camping in New York, I got out the black iron pot and taught son Joe how to make my Cajun Chicken Spaghetti here's the story:

It looked pretty good to me. Being of Italian heritage, I tend to be somewhat of a purist. However, the Italians will prepare pasta in many different ways with any kind of meat and meatless. The things necessary for a good spaghetti are a good thick tomato sauce (or a clam sauce or alfredo) and 'al dente' noodles. I hate it when the noodles are over cooked. Everything else is a taste treat.
