Anyone use a Dutch Oven Liner when cooking something with sugar like peach cobblers?

Never have used them, but for highly acidic foods (lots of tomatoes) they might be good. Part of the beauty of cast is the blend of flavors imparted.

BEing very non-geeky I didnt know there was such a thang. When doing dump cakes and coblers I have lined a D.O. with foil, and when making biscuits and pies I have on ocasion used a aluminum pie pan. Only when feeling lazy though. Like the ole master said something special about a pan of biscuits out of the ole pot that had been cured and oiled with bacon drippins:Hungry::Yo:

I have seen bags for slow cookers, but not for dutch ovens unless it is the same thing. Never used them though. Never saw the need.
