Falcon nesting in a tree

I've received many remarkable nature photographs over the years but this photo of a nesting Falcon is perhaps the most remarkable nature shot that I've ever seen. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I used to have one of those falcons. I used it to hunt deer until the front end got to messed up to drive it.

Good one. I had a good bird day this week. Two immature golden eagles in the yard chasing a red-tailed hawk. At first light a Cooper's hawk 15 feet from the bathroom window with a rabbit in his talons. He couldn't fly with it. Around here, lots of prairie falcons.

I had a Falcon like that one. I paid 40.00 for it, drove it two years and sold it for 100.00

That is a nice profit margin there! Good photo too, brings back memories of when cars were not just square little dinky boxes that people run around in all day (and night) long.
