What was that French spammer trying to tell/sell us?

When I first signed in, I thought I had accidently turned on some kind of a language converter. I was looking for the button to convert it all back into English. But then I went and had another cup of coffee and realized I wasn't in some French camping website.

yeah, i thought a setting had changed at first, but then realized nothing else was in french. Some of the stuff doesn't even look french, just random charters. I looked at his profile also and he has something like 27 post yesterday I think. Carzy people.
